PROJECT BACKGROUND
A fitness equipment importer was sourcing several strength products from China for regular container shipments. After previous orders, the client found that although the products were generally acceptable, there were still recurring issues affecting their market feedback and internal handling efficiency. The main problems included slight differences in surface finish between batches, small inconsistencies in assembly details, and insufficient carton protection for long-distance shipment. These issues did not make the products unusable, but they increased the client’s after-sales pressure and reduced confidence in repeat ordering. The client wanted a practical improvement plan that could help make product quality more stable, reduce packaging-related risk, and improve overall shipment consistency without causing major cost increases.
